Booking early is crucial, as my schedule tends to fill up months in advance. If you’ve already welcomed your baby, feel free to contact me, and I’ll try to accommodate you if possible.
My newborn sessions are inclusive of parents and siblings, and I provide a detailed guide to help you prepare for a stress-free and comfortable experience.
I tentatively reserve your session date on my calendar for two weeks after your due date, and we finalise the session date once your baby arrives. It doesn’t matter if bub arrives early or late, just let me know as soon as bub is born.
DURING
When you come to my studio in Redlynch for your session, we’ll spend about 2-3 hours together. First, we’ll have a quick chat to address any concerns or questions you might have. Then, we’ll experiment with different poses and take things at a relaxed pace.
Since we’re working with babies, we don’t want to rush anything. We’ll start by taking sibling and family portraits, so that everyone can unwind afterwards. Maybe Dad can take the siblings for a stroll in the nearby park or treat everyone to some ice cream!
Straight after the session, we’ll review your images together, and you’ll have the option to purchase your favourite images. The base package includes 15 images, and payment is available through cash, credit card, bank transfer or afterpay.
AFTER
You can expect to receive your photos within 3-4 weeks of the photoshoot. As soon as your gallery is ready, I will send you an email with a password-protected link where you can download your files.

HOW LONG WILL MY SESSION BE?
Your newborn session will be 2-3 hours. Please do not schedule any appointments after your newborn sessions.
CAN SIBLINGS ATTEND?
Siblings are welcome if they are being photographed with the newborn. We do request that Dad take siblings to the nearby park & creek or for an ice cream. Keeping the environment calm and stress free for mum is important for me to provide you with the best images of your new baby.
ARE PARENTS INCLUDED?
Yes parents are included in my newborn sessions. Please note that grandparents are not able to be included in the session.
HOW MANY CHANGES OF CLOTHING SHOULD I BRING?
Accidents & poop happens! That is just how babies work. Be sure to bring several clothing changes just in case!
