- The session fee pays for the time and talent of the photographer. It does not include any digital files or products. The session fee is due at the time of your booking. Session fees are non-refundable, however with 48 hours notice it can be rescheduled in case of an emergency.
- Only one Savannah Studio gift voucher per family, per year may be used.
- Any offers/sales may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher and is not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described. Offers not transferable.
- Special offers/sales cannot be used to purchase portraits from a previous portrait session.
- Gift vouchers that are purchased or given as prizes are only valid with purchase of a collection.
- If you have a sick child on the day of the session please call to reschedule. If you try to keep the appointment, We will most likely request that you reschedule if we notice your child is sick. Sick or uncomfortable children do not like to be photographed and we know that you will not love your portraits nearly as much as if he or she was in good health.
- Personal cameras are not allowed in studio during your session. Please refrain from taking photos or video. We work very hard to ensure your session is captured artistically and creatively. We ask that you respect our livelihood and refrain from taking photographs of what we are creating.
- You agree to hold harmless, Dee Brummer, her representatives, employees and Savannah Studio Photography, from any dispute in the event you or your family become injured during your session or while on the studio premises. Savannah Studio Photography and its representatives will not be held liable for any injury to you, your children or your family members, or for any damage to your property during the photo session or while on studio premises.
- You will view your portraits in an online gallery. You will be asked to order at this time. You will need to order within the time frame. If additional time is needed to this will incur a $100 fee. Once your order is placed, your ordered digital images will be uploaded to an online gallery where are able to download your files. Newborn sessions, we go through your images straight after your session and you get to decide which images you love.
- All collections with Savannah Studio include digital files. Due to the downloadable nature of this content, once files are sent from the studio, the sale is final and non-refundable.
- While Dee does capture many images during your family session, you will see only those images selected by her, the artist, for previewing. She carefully renders each image to ensure maximum artistry and technical excellence. Images with eyes closed, heads turned, duplicates, etc. will not be shown and are removed from our archives
permanently after the artist rendering is complete. - Due to the custom nature of the work, payment for your order must be placed in full and is subject to a 50% cancellation fee should you change your mind about an order after it is placed. Once an order is sent to the lab or digital files are submitted to the client either by electronic transfer or email, the order is deemed non-refundable.
Payments may be made cash, credit card, Payright on payment plan by direct debit. - Requests for image re-touching will be honored at a $75 per hour retouching fee and at the discretion of the artist. Re-touching will be performed to the artists desired outcome and is considered the final version. Artist will not perform any re-touching she does see as fit for the image.
- Please allow 4 weeks for your order to be completed. Some orders may take longer. Your portraits are an investment and an heirloom that should not be rushed.
- All ordered images are kept on file for a period of 1 year.
- Savannah Studio Photography respects your privacy and personal information is not shared with any third party or other organisations.
- In our studio, we offer three collection packages to our clients;
- Simplicity collection only includes 10 digital images.
- Classic Collection includes 20 images with either 8×8 album or two round 18″ wall art prints.
- Signature collection includes all images (30+) with a 10×10 Fine Art Heirloom Album plus Grand Parent Album and $200 toward any other wall art or products.

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including [interviews, correspondence, by telephone, by email, via our website www.savannahstudio.net, from cookies and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.
When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.
Sensitive Information
Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.
