- By entering the promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the promotion and to take a prize if they are a winner.

- Entrants must be 21 years of age or over. Entrants must also currently be pregnant and residing in Far North Queensland.
How to enter
- The Promotion commences at 5:00pm (AEST) on Tuesday, 26th May 2020, and ends at 10:00pm (AEST) on Sunday, 31st May 2020.
- Entrance to the Promotion is via the Savannah Studio Photography website and requires entrants to vote for Family of the Year
- There is a limit of one entry per person.
How and when the winners will be selected
- Winners will be picked by Savannah Studio Photography moderators from all eligible entries received.
- One winner will be selected randomly, as determined by the moderators of Savannah Studio Photography in their sole discretion.
- Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The judging will take place at 8pm on Monday December 21st, 2020 at Savannah Studio Photography. The winner will be contacted by text or email. If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their Prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of judging, their Prize will be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture a further draw will be conducted by the Promoter within fourteen (14) days and a new winner will be selected.
The Major Prize
The winner will receive one (1) Prize worth up to $147
The prize consists of a two night stay in a studio treehouse with a breakfast hamper on your first morning at Rose Gums Wilderness Retreat, Malanda. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of a Prize.
The Minor Prizes
There are 10 minor prizes available and consists of a newborn session voucher to the value of $545. This includes the following
- Session Fee (valuded at ($150)
- $100 Credit towards a selected package
- 18″ Round/Square Wood Wall Art (valued at $295)

- Failure to redeem a prize by the required date or undertake the Prize as stipulated will result in full forfeiture of the Prize.
- Unless expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, all expenses in connection with any Prize become the responsibility of the winner.
- Prizes (in whole or in part) are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The Prize (voucher) can only be used towards a Newborn Session that includes parents & siblings.
- The Prize (voucher) is only redeemable to the prize winner and cannot be transferred to another individual.
